Request a Donation

Thank you for submitting a donation request to the Zislis Group. To request a silent auction donation, please send an e-mail to donations@zislisgroup.com and include the following information (requests cannot be processed without this information):

  1. Name of organization
  2. Name of the event
  3. Date of the event
  4. Contact name, e-mail and phone number
  5. Your donation request
  6. Attach documentation regarding your event

Due to a high volume of requests, we require at least one month's prior notice to process your request. If you have not been contacted by the Zislis Group within seven business days of submission, then your request has been denied. If your request is approved, we will contact you via e-mail.

Please note that all donation certificates must be picked up at the Zislis Group offices at 321 12th Street, Suite 112 in Manhattan Beach, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Donations cannot be mailed and we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
